OPI.com accepts returns or exchanges within 60 days from the date of purchase. All merchandise is guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for 60 days from the date you received it. The liability of OPI is limited to the replacement of defective parts. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Each returned product must be in its original, unused condition. Merchandise that has been painted or altered is non-returnable. Returns may be subject to shipping charges. Original GM products, and all Branded performance products must be in their original packaging. The following products are not returnable under any circumstances: Instruction and informative books or manuals, special orders, items requiring Truck Freight delivery, wiring harnesses, all electrical parts, engines and moving internal engine parts, interior components that have been installed incorrectly.
